Make sure to remove MySportTraining beta 0.1 before installing this beta.
You can then synchronize back with VidaOne Diet & Fitness to get your data back.
Make sure to download VidaOne Diet & Fitness 3.6.0.1 (you can simply re-install over 3.6.0.0)

Improvements

The app checks for Wi-Fi being turned ON before synchronizing and shows a message if it's turned OFF.
Seconds are now supported for workout duration and laps.
Heart rates are shown in the workout laps list.
The Journal now lists laps and exercises
Re-organized the settings and added more options
Added activity filter (Today > MENU > Activity Filter)
Bug fixes

Weather, wind, humidity, temperature are now properly saved.
When entering a workout time, the time field (not the date field) is properly updated.
Fixed misc. issues regarding editing and selecting a course.
The calendar weekdays now reflect the first-day-of-week preference
