- album art selection now also applies to Folders/Albums
- improved per-song/output Eq preset auto assignment
- improved Eq presets dialog
- added option to resume on BT A2DP device connection
- volume keys now always change media volume in PowerAMP screens
- added Folio 100 Tablet sd card mount point
- fixed issue with album art selection not applied to some songs
- fixed issue with delete duplication action sometime deleting more than needed
- fixed few f/c
- other small fixes and improvements
